  • OT: Birdman

Fellow film buffs, I strongly suggest seeing this one. Probably my favorite movie of the last 3 years or so. Great acting, camera work with super long takes, and an ending that you'll think about for days. Michael Keaton and Ed Norton should both take home Oscars for their performances.

Nice, it looks solid, was thinking about it.

      You should.

I'm going to check out Whiplash this weekend, that's so supposed to be great as well.

Birdman just started showing here, I think I'm going to check that out next Tuesday with a film nerd friend. I still need to see Whiplash and St Vincent as well.

Really looking forward to Inherent Vice in Feb.

Saw St. Vincent last weekend. It was good. Not amazing, but definitely solid.

That's how I felt about Gone Girl. It fell just a little short.
