    Confi to Pete- Peppers

    Pete, you know that Jar of Jalapeno Peppers you gave me at xmas at the deadskins game,
    I am almost done with them. I usually put cream cheese or like a another topping on them.
    They are so good, but with a zip after that burns a little, but doesn't last long. Thanks.

      My father-in-law takes a piece (stick?) of provolone, wraps it in prosciutto, then puts that on the peppers and drizzles olive oil on the whole pile. Pretty tasty. I am looking forward to having a good crop this year.
