I never thought I would say this, but I have really warmed to Screamin' A. Sometimes he's a little much, but I find myself listening to his show before Mad Dog and actually enjoying it.

I think he has mellowed some over the years and it makes for a better show, I always thought he had good topics/points I just couldn't stand the "Screaming" part, reminded me of that kid in the grocery store kicking and screaming because he couldn't get bubble gum.

I'm enjoying Francesa while we still have him. His takedown of Roger Goodell yesterday was classic.

You must have confused me with a semi retired, soon to be Floridian who likes to wear spandex and ride bicycles.

Yeah, I should really check him out more often. I do miss having him on the local radio. Nothing will ever be better than when he and Dog were together.

How long after he moves into his Key West condo

will he begin to start bitching about Philly fans?

That and eating breakfast everyday in Pat Croce's restaurant.
John Erlichman, one of President Richard Nixon's closest aides, has admitted America's "War on Drugs" was a hoax designed to vilify and disrupt "the antiwar left and black people" when it was launched in 1971.

His personality is more suited for radio but he doesn't know how to tone it down once he is on TV

Bizarre choice. He's a NY guy. WFAN. Giants. Rutgers. Mets pre/post game. I don't get it. The more I think about it, the more I hate it. I mean, he's ok at best as a radio guy. Just blah. But why would Eskin hire someone who is through and through a NY guy??

                      IT'S PANDEMONIUM IN PISCATAWAY!!

Don't think it's going to do much for ratings. My guess it has something to do with the fact that CBS Radio is on a cost cutting binge in preparation for selling stations.
