Probably not but if something happened to Wentz, naturally you’d want a backup familiar with the system. I’d like to know what team wanted to sign him. I know the Eagles faced a similar situation in 01 when they had Feeley. The Bears wanted to sign him but he chose to stay with the Birds. Curiously though, the Eagles are paying Sudfeld 540k which is miles more than a practice squadder earns. But if he signed with another team he’d make the minimum for a veteran player because I think he’s been in the league for 2 years.Comment
