  • I See The Eagles Doing What Nova Did

Make the playoffs but fall short in 2018 and win the Super Bowl in 2019 when they have Wentz 100% for a full season.

I wouldn't be surprised if they don't make the playoffs this year. It happens to the best of them. It's not like they've ever been in this position before.

9-7 wins the East. They can do that. After that maybe a playoff win but that's probably it unless Wentz is somehow 100% and really a true MVP again. .

Then in 2019, regroup kick ass and take names with Wentz.

That's why I'm not opposed to moving Foles. Build for the long term. Wentz will be getting paid in the near future and Foles deserves to go elsewhere.

A healthy Wentz is key to a Super Bowl win!

I just don't get the sense that Foles wants to go elsewhere? His only success has been here, I'm not so sure that he is that ego driven that he wants or needs to start somewhere else, jmho.

He does not seem to be money driven and after his awful stint w the Rams I doubt he would opt to go to a team ponying up big $$$ if the rest of the team looks iffy. If you are already wealthy, he's made millions himself and his parents are rich too, I would think that you want to be where the fun is...and right now that's Philly.

He's only 29. He will always have a place here if he wants it. Why not go out there and try to add to your legacy? He just won a Super Bowl. Jeff Fisher and Chip Kelly have limited credibility. A good opportunity could present itself. It may be a different story if he was 35.
