Default Wonder how many eagles assistants Reich will try to poach?

You know there has to be a few targets he can dangle promotions in front of.

Default I'm wondering who Pedersom can temp to join us...

...excellent QB situation, good defense, solid core group of players.

This thing could very likely be sustainable for several seasons with the right leadership.

If we keep Doug as HC, Joe Douglas as talent guru/scouting boss, and Howie doing trades and contracts (makes me sick saying that but I have to)......could go on for a long time.

Indy’s staff is in place from when McDaniels was taking the job. I’m pretty sure Reich took this job with the understanding that he’s gotta keep those guys. At least that was the report when McDaniels balked.

Only 3 defensive coaches were hired when they thought McDaniels was coming over. The DC, the defensive line coach and the LB coach I think. Reich has already asked for permission--which was granted--to interview San Diego's WR coach as OC. They worked together when Reich was in SD.
