  • Bradford is the modern day Norm Snead

      Could be.

Especially if St. Louis drafts a Hall of Fame player with that second round pick.

Then the comparison will be pefect.

        Oh, and by the way...

Sonny was traded for Snead because they didn't like Jurgy's carousing.

Christ on a crutch, the Eagles were dealing players due to CULTURE back in the fucking Sixties.

          I blame Hinkie

Hinkie ruined the perception of the once-honorable tankjob. Everyone is now calling out everyone else for tanking. They had to resign Bradford to give the appearance of trying to win. No way they could sign Chase Daniel and use him like FF did Pedey as a QB. Can't announce the fix is in like that in this environment.

I thought he was just another Doug Pederson!

I think the kid has a higher ceiling than some on the board. most players who come off an Injury and learn a new system never really peak the 1st year...Ill give him a shot,,he was talented enough to garner the No1 spot his year...its all about the Injury Bug with this guy.

              Unlike Michael Vick

Who is extremely talented, but will never win big. And then there's fucking Doug Williams with his GAUDY 69.4 career QB rating winning a Super Bowl.

or for that matter...pretty much anyone left on the board when that pick would have come up

It's not as if they traded the equivalent of Sonny Jurgenson for him. Nick Foles and a 2nd for Bradford is a far cry from trading a Hall of Famer for a mediocre QB. Of course, it does't take much to inspire hatred from this group of neanderthals. Simply throwing an occasional interception will do it.

Who is to say that second rounder won't be a great player. Yet to be determined. Regardless, Foles and a 2. Was too high a price.
