Once Lewis was healthy, he had as many touches as Blount. The playoffs was how they usually run their offense.
Playoff Stats
Blount: 35 attempts, 109 yards, 1 TD, 1 rec, 8 yards
Lewis: 25 attempts, 79 yards, 1 TD, 5 rec, 34 yards
White: 7 attempts, 29 yards, 2 TDs, 18 rec, 137 yards, 2 TDs (Should have been Super Bowl MVP)
This is a RBBC. Blount was acquired for a 7th round pick, Lewis for nothing, and White for a 4th round pick. That's how it's done by a smart team.
Dallas had one of the worst passing defenses in the NFL last season (They just lost Carr and Claiborne). They were exposed in the playoffs.
I prefer the Eagles follow the Patriots blueprint in building a winner.
