Further, I think there should be a dog tax. You want that dog? Pay up. This way the mf'ers with no sense of responsibility and who do not clean up after their dog will be priced out of casual canine ownership. You get a stamp on your license that your dog dues are paid in full. No stamp? Wolfy is taken away in a van down to Division Street right in front of your kid.

What set me off on this was the last couple of days with the warmer weather. Always increases the smell factor.

Not to mention yesterday I'm walking by this restaurant and there is this woman who is letting her dog sniff around and piss on the legs of the tables outside! WTF? Is it that difficult to take your dog to the curb side of the street?

How about the rush hour train with the car that is almost empty. Riders - usually out of towners - will get on and before they realize what is happening it is too late to get off. Some refuse to acknowledge their mistake and never get out at the next stop. Of course the cars either side are crammed.
