It’s not up to them and it never was. The call was always for the specialists and the front office to make

          Makes no sense

He’s not dealing with a knee or shoulder, where stability or strength is a factor. He’s obviously wanted to play for several days now.

IT'S HIS EYE SOCKET RIGHT? KINDA THINK HIS EYESIGHT IS PRETTY IMPORTANT.
IF HE TAKES A DIRECT ELBOW OR ANYTHING ELSE HE COULD HAVE EYESIGHT ISSUES THE REST OF HIS LIFE.

KINDA HARD TO PLAY BALL WITH ONE EYE.

The guy’s eyesight was/is at risk if he comes back too soon and gets hit again. I’m sorry that he didn’t play the day after surgery but honestly, I’d rather take the advice of the doctors in the field when his eyesight is in play.

Not my point at all. If that’s the case, he shouldn’t play tonight either...

We are saying the same thing. Less than 24 hours ago, he was in danger...now he’s not?

My point is, why even come out with the “doubtful” tag yesterday?

                        COACHING HEAD GAMES.
HOWEVER I DON'T BELIEVE HE'LL GET HIS SAME MINUTES.

Nah, his conditioning could hold him back for a few days...we’ll see

i'm guessing because it's a lot better to go from doubtful to playing than it is to go from probable to out.

                            but really, who cares?
