So apparently Ecuador has offered to give financial aid to the United States in order to train people in Human rights. Then they granted asylum To Edward Snowden.

The US dollar. I did not know that. I took the aid as a commentary on the complete disregarfd of the laws in the US by the government more then a legitimate offer.

I did not know about Ecuador's currency until my Spanish teacher assigned us a reading on the country a couple of weeks ago.
