Also the Tights ends don't get many looks in the Chip Run heavy offense,,,we're used to WCO and the TE's getting 12 looks a game.....if the Chipper can start to make his adjustments to the pro game as we go,,I have a good feeling this team will improve in his sophomore Jump...just need to be patient.
I like how an offense averaging 26 points per game (and that's not including a couple missed FGs and a defense that frequently can't get off the field AT ALL) just isn't living up to expectations.

They're third in the league in yards per game and tied for 9th in points per game, largely because of the turnovers against KC.

Vick threw one really bone-headed INT last week (the pick-six...the other one was bad, too, but sometimes you're gonna have bad throws and bad decisions). Add in the drive they didn't complete because of Kelce's botched snap and the 16 points in the KC game is lower than expected based on their yards gained.

Guys are going to get plenty of looks. Kelly's entire philosophy is to force the defense to leave somebody free or some space unoccupied, then put the ball there. Celek has had several big catches along with Ertz (who couldn't hold on to a TD pass one other time). And the last thing I'm going to bitch about is too few screens when Shady is running for 130 yards per game.

No doubt, the first season is going to have a learning curve for both players and coach but I find no quibbles with the structure of Kelly's offense so far.

Yeah but he only carried 10 times. 180 yards total offense is 180 yards total offense. People are overanalyzing.

He's also got to learn when that "fast tempo" needs to turn 180 degrees and completely MILK the clock. There's no arguement against it. I don't care if it's his "style" or not. If he can't learn to do this, he will not last.

I think so too Trent, especially when they lose Vick and insert Foles.Vick had open tes and wrs but he generally locks into on wr and cant lead a wr to save his life. That kinda limits you in the pass game.

But we all know he can scamper around the field with the best of him not scoring points
