Originally posted by udontknowme View PostA few bad calls in that game. The leg whip against Charles Johnson was pretty egregious as well. I don't mind so much that the patriots got screwed...but they got screwed. Should have had one more shot at it. Had kuechley not interfered I think It would have been a game ending int, but he sure as hell did.
There will almost certainly be a fine for the tail whip.on Johnson. That last play though is trending worldwide.

i actually thought a bigger play was on that last scoring drive. i can't remember the patriots name but he got called for a penalty...i think holding...on greg olson. when they showed it again on replay you could see olson had the guy in an arm bar.
i think that was on a 3rd down too.“I am going to literally sodomize you on the field of battle. I am going to have non-consensual sex with your face and your butt. Then I’m going after your wife and kid”

If your talking about the call on the last play in the endzone with the interception, I thought it was a good non-call, the ball was thrown short and intercepted, no way Pats catch that ball, it was outta play.
Not saying that the rec, wasn't interfered with, but he wasn't "redirected" and he had no shot at that ball, that was on Brady, that ball needed to be up and over, and if a miss he would of had his penalty call.

I looked at it a couple of times, from what I could see the bulk of the interference didn't happen until both rec, and defender were in the back of the end zone.
At that moment, the ball was well outta play, again, JUST my opinion, but I think if Brady misses high, out of the back of that end zone, I think he gets the call.
But where it was placed, I just don't see how you can say interference played a part in the interception.
Now IF the defender had "turned" or re-directed that rec, then I agree, should be a flag.
Again, JMHO, it was an in-the-moment call.

Contact when the ball is in the air is interference and the ball was underthrown, which is more playable than the nickle and dime shit called on balls so far over a guy's head it's ridiculous.
Those pussies would have kept that flag on the ground in Foxboro.Obscenity is the last refuge of an inarticulate motherfucker.

Here's where I think it's gets muddy, if it's pass interference, I think picking up the flag was the right call, (considering where the ball was thrown) HOWEVER, IF the call was Defensive holding, then I think the flag stays.
I think it depends on what was originally called by the ref that threw the flag, and I didn''t see/hear what that was because it got picked up.
BTW, I agree with Slag, IF this was in Foxboro, REGARDLESS of the call, that flag DOESN'T get picked up.
However, keep in mind, I really enjoy watching Brady lose his cool and Belichick get butt-fucked, sorry, can't stand those two pricks.Last edited by Eagle Road; 11-19-2013, 11:59 AM.
