Why wouldn't the Eagles take advantage of them to find out the truth about the so called gang ties of DJax? Unless they already had found out the truth and knew about it before the article came out.
I find it ludicrous that the team was blind sided by that article. I'd bet that the NFL had already let the Eagles know that Jackson was chatting up gang members back in LA.
Have to agree with Mucus Hayes for once. The Eagles' non-commenting on the gang ties issue is pretty much admitting to their existence.
The issue then becomes, is DJax a stone cold gangbanger, or just a guy that has an associate or two due to the rap music label he fronts? If the latter is the case, then could Diggle's employer threaten him with being a gangbanger? Surely Diggs has met a few of them during the course of his music management functions.
