"Ryan Day has left his post as offensive coordinator at Boston College to accept the quarterbacks coaching job in Philadelphia."

Day played QB for Chip at U of NH.

Does it disturb you that Day does not have NFL experience?
I'm not bashing the decision but I can't say this feels encouraging.
I suppose if former O Lineman Andy Reid could be the QB coach for Brett Favre anything is possible--except an O Line coach becoming a successful D coordinator.
Are they waiting until after the draft to hire a GM?
