  • Martin Brodeur retires as player; joins STL Blues front office.

WTF? Why wouldn't he join the NJ Devils in some role? He made that franchise.

He would be revered among knuckledraggers if he had played for the Flyers.

my understanding is that he could be called upon by the blues for the rest of the season. Rest assured, he's got a spot in the Devil's FO and I expect him to be there next year.

He should be a first round hall of famer. No brainer.

          Agree 100%

And if he was a Flyer we'd have a ton of Stanley's to brag about while knuckledragging that is..

Goalie is still an issue and Hextall is the GM, WTH?!

It's more the defense than the goaltending. Though mason's health has to be a concern...

John Erlichman, one of President Richard Nixon's closest aides, has admitted America's "War on Drugs" was a hoax designed to vilify and disrupt "the antiwar left and black people" when it was launched in 1971.
