I understand that Pete, but I think that IS the philosophy he is working on, have a COMPLETE team of very good players surrounding a decent qb.


The team WAS about a couple of VERY good players with some high priced All Pro's that left them with holes at key positions.

Generally agree. I'm just not sure how vested Chip is. Definitely entertaining but he might put the team in a hole for three or four seasons if he blows it. Getting too old to endure that kind of dry spell.
