Just go to the site, OldJalopy3IsMommaWithABigBox.com and scroll over to the spot where it say "and in a 69 her nose will tickle ya rear" drop it down grab a six pack out of the fridge and then crack one open. It should still be dropped down and then click, "that ho is about to get smacked because she is so damn ugly" and then you'll be directed to another box that should say, "go back to, 'that ho is about to get smacked because she is so damn ugly' again because she's that ugly" . From there if you can avoid the perpetual loop because she is that ugly, then her nasty face will pop up. Click on her face and you should see a squirting animation hit her in the eye. Enjoy.
