I'd argue due process on the No Fly List deal. Most of the names on there haven't even been notified of their inclusion. You should have the right to defend yourself against anything and everything being on a Terror Watchlist implies.

But if you're under investigation by the FBI and there's probable cause to monitor you, I can't see any reason why they shouldn't be automatically notified if you're buying a firearm.

Yes start sending these people back to their own countries and stop letting illegals here. Also make it easier for honest to goodness americans the right to bare arms and this guy would have gotten shot before he did all that damage. That's what caught my eye, too. DQ's original post said that the AK mowed people down. It probably should have said, "Crazy asshole with AK-15 mows down..."

It's attributing human characteristics to a machine. Kind of like when you see stories about somebody getting hit by an SUV. Uhhh...that person was hit by another driver IN an SUV.
