For me, the one thing I hope never goes away is the 9th Street Italian Market. I will always have fond memories of getting great bargains there.

You can expand the concept to the whole region. Things that you miss or would miss if they disappeared. For Example, I miss the "Farmer in the Dell" restaurant on route 202.
