Brooks has to be better than Watkins, right?

As a rookie in Baltimore, Brooks actually played 22 percent of the Ravens’ snaps before his season ended with an ACL tear. In 2015, he played just six percent of the team’s snaps. He spent training camp with the Ravens before this season, but was released at final cuts.

If Brooks actually played in Baltimore, he should be able to in Philly. He's got the Joe Douglas connection too.

If they're so in love with putting Jenkins in the slot, they need a 3rd safety who is at least serviceable playing over the top.
