The only untouchables right now are Couts, Hart and Provorov. For the upcoming expansion draft, Seattle is going to have to add contracts to bring them up to the salary cap floor. Sweetening with a pick would be giving the Krakheads perhaps an opportunity to unload Jake’s contract.
