I think if the Williams kid from Bama is within striking distance, Howie is going to move up and pair him with Smith and have their WR duo for years to come. I have a feeling Howie is going to pull a move like this. He isn't staying at 15 and he is going to strike for and impact player either WR or CB. I believe he thinks he is good at drafting OL and DL in later rounds and he actually is.
