I think one of the biggest mistakes Sirianni made was when he fired Dennard Wilson. The team went from being #1 against the pass to #31 in just one season. Wilson seemed to be well liked and respected by his players and I think Sirianni did him wrong. I also believe that Wilson would have been a far better choice to become the DC instead of Desai and I'd love to hear other's thoughts..
