I think a generational QB might help a little. Andy was not winning Super Bowls with Alex Smith. And Spagnola changed a lot too. Andy needs someone who can be head coach of the defense. Things fell apart here when Jim Johnson died.

Everything has a life span..I loved AR, didn't have as much H8 as some on the board..But his time was up here..Tough to look back at his last season here..The horrible circumstances from Training camp...going to the Chiefs was the best thing for him.
