Loved his shows growing up,,the king of deadpan Comedy..The only Comedian to win a Grammy for his comedy album back in 70...going up against giants like Richard Pryor , and My boy George Carlin....In the end he finally won that Emmy for Playing a character role on The Big Bang...It Introduced him back to many younger generations of fans,,,the guy never lost it..
One nice story I heard; there was a young actor on location of sets...walk down a street and saw the sign, Bob Newhart lane...he was filming 2 shows at one time,,the young man said,,damm One day I hope I get there....94 just like may Dad who passed from covid last month...he had a great life,,,still makes me laugh to this day...sad to see you go .....
