and draft weekend has come and gone....crickets....nothing has changed,,I say rework his deal,,make it 3 years with incentives for games played...the more games he plays the higher his pay will be.

I heard that if they cut him they take a 23M dead cap hit, cheaper to keep him. I think he is great when he is on the field, but he misses too many games.

yeah we are of the same opinion.
I love the guy,,Eagles draft pick,,doesn't bitch about getting the ball...good blocker...I don't want no scrub playin TE for a SB contender..We don't beat the rams without him....that TD in the snow game still gives me a chubby...Just rework his deal..and make it incentive laden...see what happens!

It’s fine if he can stay healthy. I hope he does.

Back in the JoeLo days in a similar situation there probably would have been some sort of SMEAR CAMPAIGN designed to torpedo Goedert’s market value resulting in unnecessary ugliness and bad blood. Glad to see that doesn’t happen so much now.

            agreed, I'm happy he's staying.
I have forgotten the smear campaigns,,that shit was embarrassing...I think Howie was very effective just keeping quiet and trying to move him. I don't think Dallas wanted to be on another team next year...So Howie still gets the upper hand, reworks his deal, and doesn't have to be an ass to get it done!

Glad he's back. I didn't like the rumors about trading/cutting him.

I'm thinking some sort of incentive deal in he plays most of his games since he is injured a lot.

                    He plays in the playoffs
John Erlichman, one of President Richard Nixon's closest aides, has admitted America's "War on Drugs" was a hoax designed to vilify and disrupt "the antiwar left and black people" when it was launched in 1971.
