  • Road TRIP? #2Oregon v USC 8pm

    (Walterfootball.com)
    QB Matt Barkley*, USC
    Height: 6-2. Weight: 230.
    Projected 40 Time: 4.83.
Projected Round (2012) Top 10 Pick.
7/25/10: As a true freshman, Matt Barkley threw for 2,735 yards, 15 touchdowns and 14 interceptions for USC, maintaining a 7.8 YPA and 59.9 completion percentage. Pretty impressive considering the circumstances. As long as the strong-armed Barkley keeps improving and lives up to the hype, he'll be a top 10 pick in the 2012 or 2013 NFL Draft.

    Kristofer O'Dowd, C, USC
    Height: 6-5. Weight: 298.
    Projected 40 Time: 5.07.
    Projected Round (2011): 2-4.
10/2/10: O'Dowd is an extremely strong center who can maul in the run game, but the medical could really hurt his draft stock.

4/4/10: Was a first-team All-Pac Team member despite the fact that he was playing with a torn labrum in 2009.

    Jurrell Casey*, DT, USC
    Height: 6-1. Weight: 295.
    Projected 40 Time: 5.04.
    Projected Round (2011): 1-2.
10/8/10: Teams seem to be focusing more in on Casey this season by bringing double teams and chipping the running back to prevent him from being as effective as a pass-rusher. Maybe we also overrated his talent level last season. Whatever the case, his stock is quietly falling.

5/6/10: A 4-3 under tackle only, Jurrell Casey is expected to have a big junior year; he collected nine TFL and 4.5 sacks in 2009.

    T.J. Bryant, CB, USC
    Height: 6-0. Weight: 180.
    Projected 40 Time: 4.44.
    Projected Round (2012) 4-5.
8/11/10: A physically gifted player, T.J. Bryant had 22 tackles and three pass break-ups as a nickel corner in 2009. He'll battle for a starting job as a junior.

    Michael Morgan, OLB, USC
    Height: 6-4. Weight: 220.
    Projected 40 Time: 4.58.
    Projected Round (2011): 5-7.
5/9/10: In his first year as a starter, Michael Morgan collected 50 tackles, 13 TFL and four sacks.

    FB Stanley Havili, USC
    Height: 6-1. Weight: 230.
    Projected 40 Time: 4.63.
    Projected Round (2011): 3-4.
5/15/10: A great weapon to have coming out of the backfield, Stanley Havili had 138 rushing yards (6.6 YPC) and 22 receptions for 298 receiving yards (13.6 average) in 2009.

    Ronald Johnson, WR/RS, USC
    Height: 6-1. Weight: 185.
    Projected 40 Time: 4.42.
    Projected Round (2011): 3-5.
10/1/10: Johnson is more athletic than Damian Williams showcasing very impressive speed and athleticism, but he needs to step up his production. Check out his punt returnfor a touchdown against Hawaii showing his suddenness and elite second burst to blow by Hawaii's coverage unit.

3/31/10: Played eight games because of a collarbone injury; caught 34 passes for 378 yards.

8/7/09: As a sophomore, Ronald Johnson caught just 33 passes, but turned that into 570 yards and eight touchdowns. Johnson also happens to be a very effective kick-returner.

    Zach Heberer, G, USC
    Height: 6-5. Weight: 295.
    Projected 40 Time: 5.19.
    Projected Round (2011): 6-FA.
4/4/10: Started games as early as a redshirt freshman (two starts in 2007).

    Malcolm Smith, OLB, USC
    Height: 6-1. Weight: 225.
    Projected 40 Time: 4.62.
    Projected Round (2011): 7-FA.
5/9/10: Had 72 tackles and six TFL in his first year as a starting linebacker for USC.

    LaMichael James*, RB, Oregon
    Height: 5-9. Weight: 180.
    Projected 40 Time: 4.38.
    Projected Round (2012) 1-2.
7/26/10: Capable of going the distance on any play, LaMichael James had a tremendous freshman year, rushing for 1,546 yards and 14 touchdowns on a 6.7 YPC. He also helped out with 17 receptions.

    Casey Matthews, ILB, Oregon
    Height: 6-2. Weight: 235.
    Projected 40 Time: 4.76.
    Projected Round (2011): 2-3.
5/12/10: Casey Matthews notched 81 tackles, 4.5 TFL, five passes broken up and three sacks in 2009.

    Javes Lewis*, FS/ CB, Oregon
    Height: 6-1. Weight: 185.
    Projected 40 Time: 4.50.
    Projected Round (2011): 3-4.
5/13/10: Javes Lewis had 77 tackles, 4.5 TFL and five passes broken up as a sophomore.

    Kenny Rowe, DE/OLB, Oregon
    Height: 6-3. Weight: 230.
    Projected 40 Time: 4.68.
    Projected Round (2011): 5-6.
5/7/10: Kenny Rowe is a tremendous pass-rusher. He had 15 TFL and 11 sacks in 2009.

    David Paulson, TE, Oregon
    Height: 6-4. Weight: 250.
    Projected 40 Time: 4.72.
    Projected Round (2012) 6-7.
7/28/10: With Ed Dickson gone, David Paulson will have an opportunity to play more at Oregon.
