  • Dolphins are interested in Kolb too

Guess it'll be the Cardinals, Seahawks or Dolphins who ends up getting Kolb. The only other likely team is the Foreskins, and that little prick won't risk getting fleeced again by us!

I'm still hoping the Bills trade us their 2012 first rounder. Hard to predict which of these four teams will be the worst next year.

I just hope FF sticks with the WIN NOW approach that he seemed to demonstrate in the draft. I don't know what comes first, trades or FA, but if trades come first, I sure hope we get a starting RCB for KK. If FA comes first and we get one, I am OK w/ getting a #1 pick in 2012.

We still need a beast linebacker too. A defensive end couldn't hurt either.

As far as cornerback, I don't think Arizona has any intention of trading Patrick Peterson, so it's down to Nnamdi and Antonio Cromartie out of free agency.

I don't see it. Ryan Fitzpatrick is probably as good as Kolb, he's cheaper, and Buffalo keeps its 1st round pick. No-brainer.

They'd be nuts not to be

An elite passrusher, 2 very good CBs, a franchise LT, a playmaking WR, and they go into the season with Chad Henne as the QB? I mean, shit, at least they could have picked up Ingram with Ronnie Brown declining and Ricky Williams gone. That franchise is pretty jacked up with the way they floated the Sparano firing rumor then left him flapping in the wind.

I'm not saying kl00b wins them a SB or anything, but he's probably a lot better than Chad Henne.

Yeah, I'd agree with that. They are similar QB's, but Fitz has more starting experience and has shown moreso (imo) that he can get it done at the NFL level.

I'd be happy with whatever we can get for Kolb tbh.. even if it was just a high 2nd rounder.

I'm thinking that the Brownies are a possibility, too.

With "starter" Colt McCoy coming off of a shoulder injury, the Browns' QB depth chart presently reads like this (straight from Wiki (heh-heh!):
                Quarterbacks:
                -- Justin Bieber
                17 Jake Delhomme
                12 Colt McCoy
                6 Seneca Wallace
Maybe GM "Trader Tom" Heckert spends the 2012 first rounder he just picked up from Atlanta on Eagles backup QB Kevin Kolb? Are they really sold on McCoy as the starter? I mean: Kolb > McCoy ..... right? They run a WCO under Holmgren, right? Maybe it's a possiblity someday soon.

Here's a quickie article on Heckert's recent wheeling and dealing (& one on McCoy's re-coup):
