I am actually good with this move even if they can’t re-sign him. Something had to be done

The only thing Ill say is....should have kept Bridges. Would have been absolutely perfect compliment to this trrade. Need a 3 and D guy now

                  Absolutely

The other piece of good news involved with this training is that the second rounder is in 2022. This is a steal.

JJ and Korver would be tough on D, but extremely difficult to guard.

EB held out and didn't cave.

Saric and Cov without giving up Zhaire, Fultz, or MIA 2021 is HUGE.

Everyone reporting that Jimmy will re-up too. The risk is obviously the combination of his age and being a former Thibs player, but he didn't play that much early in his career so maybe that risk is minimized.

Locker room fit won't be a problem. KAT and Wiggins are bitches. Ben and Joel are committed to working hard and playing D.

This team finally has a closer.

Butler is that 3 and D guy.

Love it. Not worried about effort. He's a diva and used to being the man but there's another "the man" on this team. Plus they should be winning and winning makes everything work.

Actually the exact opposite. Roco's contract was one of the best in the league. An all NBA defensive player for around 12m per was an incredible bargain. Remember they front loaded the contract last year, so they could sign a fourth star...that was the hope.

Sixers replaced a top ten defensive player for a top 20 on both sides of the ball. Lost a pf that could be a borderline as in saric....but also a very flawed nbs player in that he'll probably never be a good defender. When you get an all-star you almost always win in an NBA trade.

Positive... contenders with just that move. All star in their prime, especially a two way player is always good. upside is as good or better then any eastern squad. Furkan, bolden and shamet will get more run this year, especially now, and that'll help for the future. Swing man/guard defense is better.

Negative.... Less flexible on roster moves now. Shooting is worse, as is the depth on d. A bit of a hole at pf. Salary is getting rigid once they resign Butler. Will need to supplement the roster every year with rookies that contribute fast.
