I was always under the impression that police couldn’t record such an event. To me, it’s permitting a crime to take place which is unethical at best?????

I read tow separate articles. One said that “video evidence in the build.” A TMZ article said that cops say a surveillance video capture the acts. To me neither article clearly stated if it was police surveillance or the establishment surveillance.

I imagine that establishment surveillance is evidence the police may use? Just not sure about the police’s ability to create their own surveillance.

TMZ says it was the cops ... I have never run across or researched whether the police can get an electronic surveillance warrant when it's likely they will tape sex acts but it appears they did in Florida.

I'm just finding out about this story.

First thing that comes to mind are those pictures of a trashed Jerry Jones with what appeared to be call girls. Wasn't there a picture of a girl smiling with her face against his junk?

How did nothing happen to Jerry as a result of that, and what is going to happen to Kraft because of this?
