Buddy must know about how to have a locker room in sync. The way he had both his defense and offense running on all cylinders, rising to the occasion in big games, personally getting in fights with other members of the team/coaching staff.

Speculation by a journalist that the most heralded coach to never win shit wouldn't like the idea is one of the strongest avenues of support you could hope to find regarding your position on this issue.

Buddy had his flaws as a head coach but he still won a division title and was one of the best defensive coordinators ever. Plus I'd take any of his drafts over any of Howie's.

The only coach in this discussion who has never won shit in the NFL is High School Harry. When Harry wins his first division title, we can start comparing him to successful NFL coaches. Don't hold your breath.
