Here is what I think the 2 option plays were.
Cooney take the ball up, drive to the net if you see a lane and hope for a foul. Or take the ball to the hoop, and if you can pivot, kick back out to CJ fair for a 3 point shot.
You saw fair move back out to the top of the key as coony penetrated.

Boeheim said both the Triche and Cooney plays were drawn up for a Southerland 3 but they cheated toward him so both took it to the hole.

To that I say, THEY CHEATED TOWARD SOUTHERLAND ALL NIGHT, YOU DUNCE.

The Triche play should have been to Fair, period.

The last play should have been to Fair, period.
