Ironically, in that blurry image I think he kinda looks like the guy on the NE Patriots helmet. Look at the chin. Did any of the Internet detectives have this guy pegged?

I have to think at this point the FBI have determined (i) the type of device, (ii) the timer used (establishing when it was planted, how far in advance of explosion), and (iii) the location of the device when detonated. Assuming they have all that, this picture could be a really educated guess.

What you would really want to see is the suspect leaving the bag behind.
