i think the thing with Barkley is

Don't like it, but after consideration:

- It's only a 4th round pick so if he blows they could still easily take another QB next year
- It could get Vick out faster

he could be good and we'd all be happy. Even so, if he sucks and is out of the NFL in 2-3 years, it's not a huge deal. Chip isn't married to Barkley like Marreno is to Manuel - that's a good strategy to get a a potential good QB

I'm sure we'll all be able to dump on Barkley in short order
