I didn't see this coming either but Kelly just said they had a top 50 list and only 1 name was left. They got a guy who could have been a top ten pick last year at 98 in the 4th.Comment

Or Vick might be the odd man out.
Pundits presume that Kelly wants running quarterbacks. It's just as likely the coach wants quick minds more than quick feet at QB. He could be thinking a Belichick take on his offense more than a running QB sort of thing.
He has to know that no running QB is going to survive a full season at the NFL level if they're running down the field 8-10 times every game.
Barkley fits the mold of Foles more than Vick and Dixon. I know I'd feel a hell of a lot better if Vick was no longer a part of this team's future.Comment

Or Vick, Foles, and Barkley will all be on the roster this season with Dixon gone once he helps out in training camp.
Then next year, when Vick is gone, one of the two takes over.
Who says all three can't be on the roster?
