It looks like he has talent but I guess he made such a bad impression on NFL GMs that he dropped into the second round. In fact, I firmly believe that his inability to make a positive impression caused all the QBs in the draft to drop farther than they would have had he not been around to keep them off the board.

So even though I like the way he looks as a passer it is pretty obvious there are concerns about what he brings to the table personality-wise. For that reason it make sense that the Eagles passed on this guy.
