From the reports, it appears to be kidnapping and rape, and if they killed those babies they may be looking at death row.

I don't know if there is an aggravating level of kidnapping in Ohio that would impact the charge(s) based on factors that could include the length of the detention of the victims, but I would certainly think it would effect the sentencing.
