The Tea Party was formed as a direct response to Obamacare. People feared the government taking over 1/6 of the US economy. And now the IRS is in charge of collecting cash for Obamacare.

The majority of Tea Party members are older Americans.

The major issue here is that the IRS profiled certain groups. It's akin to racial profiling by the police or TSA. They chose to cut corners and question any group with a certain characteristic, specifically one that suggests less desire to pay taxes - something the IRS obviously has an interest in.

If you have a problem with that and demand people go to jail, how do you feel about other forms of profiling? I'd assume that you think police and TSA officers that profile people based on their names or looks should go to jail as well - correct?
