They have a security guard on bicycle circling the Novacare. Looks like he's shoeing people away. So now they are going to kick people off the public sidewalk and prevent them from looking through the bushes?

I mean they already got the parking on Pattison banned (so you have to use their lots or the public park), anything else?

Especially weak because today's practice was open to the press. I guess they are trying to set an example so nobody will even think of going there.
