Don't get me wrong. I am glad they are adding new seats. No matter how they try to spin it, a PEL is not an investment, and I'm sure in the legalese of the contract that is made clear.

In the stadium-happy world Goodell is encouraging, PEL's are a joke.

So to be considered a top-tier stadium, that is worth of hosting a Super Bowl, teams are going to need a new facility every 25 years (give or take).

So if you bought a PEL in your 20s like many did, you could potentially get squeezed two more times in your lifetime just to have the right to buy tickets to attend games.
