Finally evidence that at least one guy rejected Howie's offer of Eagles HC Job

While there was speculation that the Eagles had been rebuffed by several candidates for the HC job this past offseason Kevin Sumlin is the first candidate I've heard of who was officially offered the job.

This shows how little fans know about what is really going on behind the scenes because I never even heard that this guy was a candidate for the position.
