Perhaps no individual better epitomizes Dan Snyder's penchant for treating the Redskins like his personal toy box. Can't you just see it? Snyder getting out a stepladder and climbing to the top and hissing in some poor, harried minion's ear, "Pay any price! We must have him!" and then climbing back down and disappearing into a tiny cloud of sulfur.

Hard to believe that disaster of a franchise missed the list. This list shouldn't also be limited to win/loss. Some of those one season wonders were given shitty teams and made no improvements, but what about the coaches given a talented roster and failed to succeed. Has any coach done less with talent that Norv Turner? Should have been multiple SBs in SD with that roster.
