I think some of it has to be due to the change in the conditions, but when you see pros three-putting from 15 feet and missing what look like gimmees at most courses, the greens are clearly a bitch.

I work with one guy who grew up next to it (hid dad caddied the '73 open) and another guy who is a pga member pro. They both thought it was going to be tough. Plays a lot longer than the distance for a par 70. Great tourney so far except for having to listen to Berman.
