To Columbus for a 2nd and 4th round draft picks won the Vezina trophy the other day, Un-fucking real. If it wasn't' for incredibly bad decisions Paul Holmgren wouldn't make any at all.

The 2nd round pick, a goaltender, may play in the NHL one day. And the 4th was sent to the Islanders for the RIGHTS to UFA Mark Streit.

I can't wait to read Flyers sign Mark Streit to 14 year $110 million dollar contract, he's only 35 after all.

The Flyers are going to get it right next year. Just you wait. They've been building towards the future for a little longer than we'd all hoped but they're on the cusp. I can feel it.
