    WTF is up with that? more importantly, is philly.com going to become a pay to play site as well and follow suit?

      I'll visit news sites (NYT, Baltimore Sun) while browsing incognito. It prevents them from checking your cookies and determining if you've reached the article limit for the month.

            Well clearing them can be a pain in the ass. Just open the link in a new incognito window or private browsing. I do it in Chrome and Firefox. Dunno about IE.

            When you go incognito, it doesn't save any cookies after your session so when you open a new incognito window later, the site doesn't know how many articles you've read.
