    Seconded!

Also, one former Flyers' goalie won the Vezina this year, another just won the Cup as a very solid backup...and Bryz is still Bryz...keep up the great work Snider

        Two goals in 17 seconds

If ever there was an example of playing till the final whistle, that was it. Great job by Chicago.

Chicago annoyed the shit out of me in '10. I still hate that stupid fucking chelsea dagger song.

            Still, lesser of 2 evils

The fans of Boston are doing just fine. They spend a few days getting over the disappointment but their team made it to the finals. Then they move to the playoff bound Red Sox before switching to the playoff bound Pats before going to the playoff bound Celtics. How are the Boston Fans doing? How are the Philly. Fans doing.

In the last week alone, Boston fans saw the best team in the city blow it in the Finals, the basketball team lost its coach and is clearly looking to move on from the old players and start a rebuild and the football had one major weapon get his thousandth surgery and the other get caught up in a murder case.

I know you like to think you're an expert in all things, but take it from someone who (unfortunately) lives in New England, the Boston fans aren't living the highlife right now.

Are you kidding me? Do you really care about that stuff? I hope not. Fans care about success. They want their teams in the Playoffs. Are their people crying in Boston today saying " I wish we had the Philly teams." When they pay for their season tickets in Boston . In all 4 sports ....they get their monies worth. We get the purple weenie ad no payoff games.

I may be wrong, but losing key weapons on the football team and losing the coach of the basketball team plus rebuilding said team directly correlates to success.

Not winning the Finals and coming in second is not success. That's being the first loser.

I have to listen to these people every day when their teams are doing well, and I can tell you, New Englanders are not as happy now as they were two weeks ago before Hernandez, Doc and Lord Stanley going to Chitown.

I know a fair amount of bruins fans and the fairweather variety they have up there is particularly annoying.

I have lived in Boston NYC CHICAGO and now Philly. Always rooted for the home teams. For me, the real excitement is getting our teams into the Playoffs. The Flyers trip to the Finals a couple of. Years ago was great. Of course there is disappointment in not winning the cup but I didn't feel like they wee losers.

                            Like the Bruins.

Beacon Hill and then to Kenmore where I could afford a couple of beers after I paid the rent. Long time ago.
