    lol...McNabb getting boos at NHL draft

    For those that aren't following...McNabb's nephew, Nurse, is going to be drafted into the NHL today and McNabb is present at the event in NJ. He is being interviewed there and there are boos coming from the crowd. LMAO

    For the record, I would like it if the Flyers walk away from the draft with D-man Nurse.

      Devils get Cory Schneider for the 9th pick, that's a steal. That's what a good GM does. Lets see what a bad GM does with the 11th pick.

              If you mean being a defenseman who's not contributing to this team anytime soon, I agree. He's most likely the next Pronger.

                You do know that the Devils have missed the playoffs 2 of the last 3 seasons.

                  I guess that means Homer is a better GM. Seems like just last year they knocked the Flyers out.of the playoffs. Since he's been the Devils GM 1988 they've missed the playoffs 4 times, 5 SC finals winning 3 How does he keep his job......

                    You do realize they just drafted the NHL version of Danny Watkins, correct? When was the last time they drafted a quality defenseman? Even you can't defend Homer at this point.

                          I like both 1st and 2nd round picks. They need to upgrade the defense and they drafted 2 very good prospects. If they wanted to get a defenseman who could play right way, Jones or Nurse they needed to move up and I guess the price was too high. Morin is big and physical and you can't teach big. I've read that Morin is a better prospect than Zedeno Chara was at that stage of his career. He sure as hell can fight.

                            Why draft a Rinaldo clone at that point?
