So he's going to leave the NFL for less money - that's your position?

There were 7/8 head coaching positions open after the end of last season. Only one team was interested in the Chipster. If you remember, there was news that he was coming here but then he went back to Oregon. No others team was negotiating with him. He was smart and duped the only team interested. Why? Because they all know what CC Pete knows. He is a college coach hiding out till the heat dies down. Probably 2 years before the Longhorns scoop him up. And you question a out less money shows a complete ignorance regarding the compensation of major college coaches. When the. Chipmeister goes to a major college program....the paycheck doesn't come close to what his actual compensation will be.

And here some help slag, you question was not football related. Do you want me to write it out or can you find it now?

          Me question?

Still waiting ... and the reason I'm waiting is because you're too stupid to understand a couple of simple rules or because the clear answer doesn't fit your stupid prior position.

Which is as stupid as the alleged evidence you contend supports the equally stupid notion that Kelly came here to purposely fail while waiting for a job back in college.

And I didn't say anything about money.

Who said anything about purposely failing? You have a comprehension problem slag. You can do some brain drills that might help. Maybe too late but give it a shot.

              No I fucking don't.

You stated: "The Chipster is using Philly as a Pit stop in what will be a college career. He will leave on his own before he gets fired"

Seems to me that says he's mailing it in while waiting for a college job.

Now, if your position is that he's going to be so bad that it's a pit stop ... well, no fucking shit, you have another way to say he he might fail like Super Bowl winner Bill Parcells in Dallas?

What a bold concept ... CCPete ... going out on a limb is your middle name.

And you're still a dope for suggesting that your revisionist take on who and why he had suitors supports your position that he has to fail on his way to Texas.

Maybe so. But one thing I am not ignorant about is that Chip Kelly earns over $2.5 million more A YEAR than the highest paid NCAA coach who doesn't have a National Championship trophy on the mantle.

That's a lot of hidden compensation there chief!

because this answer makes no sense whatsoever. first of all, the eagles were not the only team interested in Chip. I know for a fact that Cleveland was very interested, in fact I remember the meltdown the local sports radio hack had the morning after Chip signed with the Birds. basically, your answer tells me that what you have is nothing more than an opinion. You have no real facts to back up your theories. If your opinion is that Chip will walk after two years, that's fine, but please stop trying to pass it off as fact or some kind of foregone conclusion, because it's anything but.
