I think Barkley will without a doubt be better than Foles. Probably already is.

Foles I highly doubt is the long term answer but i'd def like to give him the opportunity to start and see what he can do over Dog Killer if i had to choose. Foles didn't exactly knock my socks off last year when he had a chance to play though. Granted, the OL sucked, but still, he didn't kick ass out there by any stretch.

I think Barkley will be starting before the midway point of the season.
